I am posting the reel after such a long time.Today, I was invited to do breathing techniques by Mala at Shama Women's Centre, Leicester. It was a busy day. Three ladies at a time on the table in a rotation mode. I demonstrated gentle breathing, same nostril breath in and out repeat x 3 , Anulom vilom, alternative breathing repeat x 3, chakras balancing ending with relaxation
Deep breathing helps you to relax, feel mentally and physically better, π΄ sleep better, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve moods. The benefits are so many and countless.
It was a good turnout. We had about 40 ladies who enjoyed pampering sessions at the Chai and Chat group such as mahendi art, afframation workshop, head massage, and breathing techniques.
