🪷 Beyond Labels

No Buddhist.
No Christian.
No Muslim.
No Hindu.

Deeply spiritual people
Are often beyond labels.

Not because they reject religion,
But because they understand
That true spirituality is deeper
Than identity.

Labels can describe traditions.
But they cannot define the heart.

A truly spiritual person
Does not measure others
By what they call themselves.

They measure life
Through compassion.

In Buddhist wisdom, awakening begins
When the mind lets go of rigid identities
And begins to see all beings
With equal kindness.

A deeply spiritual person
May follow a tradition,
But their kindness is not limited by it.

They respect all paths.
They harm none.
They judge less.
They understand more.

Because the real religion of the heart
Is simple.

Kindness.
Compassion.
Honesty.
Humility.

🌿 A good heart is greater than any label.
🌿 Compassion is deeper than any doctrine.
🌿 Humanity is larger than any identity.

Call it Buddhism.
Call it Christianity.
Call it Islam.
Call it nothing at all.

What truly matters
Is how gently you move through the world.

🪷 Because the highest spirituality
Is not found in labels.

It is found
In a good heart.

In December I did a few Saturday Sound Baths at The Freer Community Centre in Wigston, which were very successful... so I have been invited back to host monthly Saturday sessions this year :)
A good sized venue with lovely acoustics, hope it is of interest to you all...would love it if you could join us
