JitFit (Just In Time Fitness) Fitness classes and personal training that is inclusive and getting results constantly for clients.

JitFit is the new way to improve your fitness levels and in doing so improve your physical and mental well-being. This is a unique class, which fuses three different workouts into one! It’s the new clever way to train which includes muscle toning exercises – using both hand weights and your own body weight, step work – to increase endurance and high intensity interval training – that attacks fat! The group training sessions are designed so that clients from different abilities and fitness levels can participate. All sessions are warm, welcoming, friendly and are open to adults; both male and female.
