Richard Harrison welcomes you to a fun, well instructed yoga class providing relaxation, pranayama (breath work), sun salutations and steady asana practice. A unique mix of three styles of yoga, steeped in tradition but modern in approach.

1.Iyenger yoga for alignment
2.Sivananda Yoga for gentle stretching and breath control
3.Ashtanga yoga for heat, flexibility and strength

All combined into flowing sequences as well as traditional asana practice (still, steady postures) enabling you to work to your own abilities and limitations. Above all it's about having fun while getting fit
