🦋 Supported Reclined Butterfly 🦋
One of my favourite variations of Baddha Konasana.
A deep hip opener whilst being deeply restorative.
Pose benefits are stress relief, hip and groin flexibility, and reduced lower back tension. This version can help calm the mind, improve circulation, and even help PMS symptoms.
To make the pose restorative you need a couple of blocks, a bolster and a strap.
Once in place, rest here for 5 minutes and enjoy the benefits of this Yin Yoga pose.
