Just taught my last class of 2025 🧘‍♀️

Classes will be on pause until summer 2026 - whilst I go become a mamma 🥹👶🏻🍼🩷🩵

Thank you to every single person who has been to one of my classes, whether that’s my Friday community class, or when I’ve been covering at studios - you’ve all made my first 6 months of teaching so special. And a big thank you to some of my regular ladies tonight who bought me beautiful flowers, chocolates and baby gifts 🥹

I can’t wait to welcome you all back and grow my classes next year 💛✨

Thank you to my gorgeous Saturday morning crew, for joining me every week throughout this years sunny summer 🌿☀️

10 weeks of outdoor classes and ONLY had to cancel ONE - just shows what a wonderful UK summer we have had! Finished the last one off today with a gorgeous picnic too 🍓🥐

Join me for the final yoga in the park session on Saturday 30th August, at Glenfield Millennium Green (LE3 8GL) 🌿

This weekly class is wrapping up as summer ends, and I’d love to celebrate with as many of you as possible! ☀️

🧘‍♀️ Yoga class: 9.30–10.30am
🥐 Brunch + mingle: straight after class

I’ll bring along some pastries, fruit & juice, you bring your mat and a smile as we move through one final flow together under the summer sun 🍓
