Perfect mid-week Haven

Daryl’s Slow Flow with Live Music is a gentle, grounding practice, designed to help you unwind and let go at the end of the day. Blending soft, flowing movement with breathwork and a range of standing, seated, and floor-based poses, the class invites you to release tension, slow the mind, and reconnect with your body at a calm, unhurried pace.
The session closes with an extended Savasana, accompanied by live guitar and/or flute, creating a soothing soundscape to deepen relaxation and support a sense of rest and ease. Open to all levels, with thoughtful variations offered so you can move in a way that feels comfortable, supportive, and restorative.

We have always had an incredible group of people who have got stuck in and helped shape getting their hands dirty and getting stuck in and creating something that everyone can enjoy.

We remember back in 2019 at Rawson Street a big group of helpers working around the clock to get us open and start something we all didn’t quite understand ‘what’ we were starting. How it would look, if it would work?

After Covid, in 2021 we moved into Clock Chambers which is our home today. A BIG project this time that took months but mainly done by us, our community, because people care.

And the therapy rooms, more work, more unpaid renovation because we believe all of this matters. Creating something unique and special.

Today… we started working on the old Holy Bones tattoo studio… what a turnout! What a lovely group of special people again. THANKS!

People, not profit…. Support us, practice with us and let’s carry on helping this vital space in Leicester thrive.

A Father’s Wreckoning is a 2025 documentary directed by Shirley Williams-Toney.

When pastor Martin Thomas is shockingly arrested for murder, his family’s world crumbles into financial ruin, shattered dreams, and decades of silence. After 23 years in prison, Martin is free and leading a ministry for the formerly incarcerated, but his toughest
challenge lies ahead: facing the five sons he abandoned. As buried truths surface and emotions boil over, this fractured family must confront their pain and decide if redemption is possible, or if the past will destroy them forever.
