Another great review - As I know you will be aware our lovely mum, B.Davidson passed away on Tuesday January 16th.
Obviously as a family this is a very sad and difficult time for us.
However, we were able to ensure that mum stayed at home , as she had wanted, was as comfortable as possible and we could spend precious time with her.
The staff at your agency who helped us to care for our mum were exceptionally kind and caring people. All of them, without exception went out of their way to support us, and their care for mum was outstanding. They were always cheerful, friendly, reassuring, and treated mum with great dignity and respect.
My mum developed a great affection for all the carers who came and they responded so naturally and appropriately to her at all times.
They did an amazing job , a credit to your organisation, and we would all like to thank each and every one of them for their hard work and dedication.
