A lovely day out with Alston House Residential Care Home.
We had lunch and a lovely little shop at Gates Garden centre for Christmas Eve! 🎄❤️

We’ve been super lucky to spend festive afternoons with the children from Danemill Primary School. The choir came down to our home to sing carols and gift Christmas cards to our residents. Our residents also handed out little goodie bags for each child!🎁
We also had the opportunity to watch a Christmas performance performed by the younger children at Danemill primary🎄. A lovely way to share love across generations❤️

We loved have the lovely children from Danemill Primary School join us for some festive singing!

This afternoon, our Danemill Young Voices Choir had a wonderful time visiting the lovely residents at Enderby Grange Care Home, Leicester 🥰

The children behaved beautifully, demonstrating the Danemill three R’s - Respect, Ready, and finally, Resilience - as it took real courage to perform in an unfamiliar environment! 🌟

This was a special way to spread some festive cheer! The children even received a special Christmas goody bag each, which was a lovely surprise! They all came away just as happy as those they sang for.🎄😊

We kickstarted December off with a lovely trip to Coombe Abbey to see the light trail🎄
We met up with our sister homes Parkhouse Grange Care Home, Leicestershire and Portland House Residential Home and our residents loved getting to know eachother! ❤️
