I am sooo excited to be starting back teaching my classes again at Thrussington Village Hall.
Sooo many thanks to the Amazing Anne Keeshan for keeping my classes going while I have been recovering from my surgery, I am sure you all enjoyed her practice x
Tomorrow is the first class back, January 8th (also my birthday so a new year all round 🙌)
So Mondays 7-8.30 pm and Fridays 9.15-10.45 am

Welcome to the lovely instructor Anne Keeshan to The White House Yoga, she will be teaching our regular yoga classes at Thrussington Village Hall for me while I recover from some surgery, book in as usual through the White House Yoga Gymcatch app and enjoy her fabulous energy 🙏😘

Hello everyone hope you are well, we are enjoying so many bank holiday’s this month so there haven’t been many Monday classes running, so this Saturday 13th May I am running an extra class 10-11.30 at Thrussington Village Hall, if you would like to join me, book in through Gymcatch or message me, and if you would like to bring any friends or family they can just pay on the day and would be very welcome
