Well... Sue & I have booked our first Residential Retreat at Bosworth Hall, Market Bosworth, Leicestershire for 4th-6th September 2026!!! Yes 2026!!!

We have three options:
3 Days - Retreat only £225 (includes lunch & refreshments)
3 Days - Retreat as above with 2 Evening Meals £275
3 Days - Retreat as above with 2 nights DBB
Total Cost = Single £485 / Double £525
Additional nights will cost - Single £130 DBB / Double £150 DBB

Booking form and deposit required to secure your place - we only have 20 places and they are filling up fast. We will be offering this on other groups outside our community at the end of the week!

Hello !

It's been a while, but I needed to take some space to take stock and make some very big decisions!

I have, as many of you know, taken some extended leave to be with Terry whilst he has been going through his RadioTherapy treatments! I'm pleased to say we're half way and the side effects at the moment are just tiredness and some slight irritations.

However, having been at home with Terry and spending much needed time considering the future, I have now taken the huge decision to Close the Business Permanently - I know this will be a shock to many of you and it has taken me a long time to actually post this message as it's been a very tough decision to take.

I have loved every minute of my work, seeing all my clients over the years and I thank each and every one of you for your continued support, the messages have kept both Terry & I going :) I shall continue teaching so you may get a "need a model" message!

Please don't be a stranger - I'm always up for a coffee and cake!!

So, with that said I just have one last huge THANK YOU to say.

Please check your emails!!

I've decided I need to practice what I preach and have chosen to close the clinic for a couple of months to look after myself. I shall continue with my Teaching/Assessing (I need to work)

Many of you know the last 12 months have been tough, but the last 3 have been even harder and I've had a couple of infections due to being run down :(

I would like to thank each of you for your continued support and understanding as I navigate through. I don't see you as Client I see many of you as friends.

I'm not disappearing and will return!!

As many of you know were are awaiting dates for Terry's treatment, which we are hoping to hear about very soon!

Therefore, from 1st July 2024 I shall be closing the diary to "New Customers"

Thanks to your referrals I have a customer base beyond what I could ever have expected at the beginning of my journey and I hope that once things have settled I shall be able to take New Customers again in the future.

It's been a while!! So here's a little update :) Terry has been steadily raising funds for March the Month and has exceeded £1000 which he's absolutely blown away by and Thanks everyone for their messages of supports, donations and shares - we certainly couldn't have done it without you xx

I'm raising money for Prostate Cancer UK by taking part in March the Month.
