Did you know there are cafe's you can head to when things are feeling too much? you don't need to see your GP first to reach out, just drop in. We know it can be tough to talk, but we're here to help you figure stuff out and find ways to feel better. Plus, we can point you in the right direction for any extra support you might need. Along with emotional support, we'll help you get a better handle on things. Everyone's different, so you get to choose how you want support. We can provide one-to-one support to chat through ways to cope and stay on top of things, a safe space where you can just be yourself and do some relaxed activities or/and receive practical advice and info about other services that could help long term.
