Will had a day off today and he took the chance to explore the surrounding areas. Here a few clips from him time in Lillehammer. He got told the hike up was worth it, the pictures suggest it was, apparently his legs suggest it wasn’t.

Here’s an overview of Will’s last couple of days.

Yesterday he spent the day completing concussion baselines for the athletes. This involved a Scat6 and a VOMS.
- Scat6 is measure of how well they cognitively function.
- VOMS is measure of how well the eyes and ears and talking to each other and how well the brain processes that information.

Today, he was trackside for the first sliding session. The main role trackside is to make sure the athletes are ready to slide, then is there in case of injury to manage the athlete immediately. Secondly, he will be filming for the coaches. Make sure to listen in to experience the noise 🔊.

Will has made it to Norway to work with Team GB’s development Skeleton team. Keep your eyes out over the next couple of weeks for an insight into his role.
