A Leicestershire based, extra fun filled, giggly stretchy, and calming baby yoga and massage programme for babies 8weeks-12 months. Both our classes work closely on your baby's core tummy muscles which help develop your baby to crawl, roll and walk. The moves we use are simple, safe and gentle, and both yoga and massage helps to stimulate reflexes in your baby's body and muscles which can help relieve constipation, wind and colic. All our sessions are accredited by The Royal College of Midwives and medical practitioners all over the world. Giggle Tummies yoga is based on Hatha and laughter yoga which will help you and your baby to release happy hormones whilst achieving the balance of a healthy mind and body. At the end of every session we spend time cuddling,meditating and using correct breathing patterns to help relax and calm your baby. During our classes we also have; MammaMooves, (moves for mammas!) a great simple and relaxing workout for mummies to help spring back and tone tummies whilst bonding and interacting with your tiny ones. We feel it is essential to have lots of time to play with your baby as it helps to build their trust, social skills, interaction and communication. We encourage our mummies to pose,roar like a lion, blow raspberries on tummies and hiss like a snake! Watch your babies expressions and responses, they will giggle, observe you carefully and even pull a face back at you! An entertaining way to achieve those developmental milestones. DaddyTime on Saturdays means we encourage our Daddy’s to join in the bonding experience too. Both Baby Yoga and Baby Massage classes last approx. 1 hour and are continuous for 5 weeks.
