This video shows removal of very sticky, adhesive ear wax that had obstructed the ear canal.

Dark Ear Wax Removal Reveals Glue Ear in Both Ears Using the WAXscope®

This video shows ear wax removal followed by full visualisation of the tympanic membranes.
After clearing the dark wax obstruction, both eardrums showed signs consistent with middle ear fluid, commonly referred to as glue ear.

Absolutely incredible work by Sharyn Treasure of Ideal Hearing in using the ®️.

Patient has a large widening / erosion of the floor of the osseous canal wall with a possible small ulceration and underlying exposed bone. The adjacent skin was also inflamed.

Possible diagnoses are Benign Osteonecrosis or early stages of External Auditory Canal Cholesteotoma. GP Referral has been made requesting onwards ENT referral for expert diagnosis.

Traumatised Eardrum Revealed Post Ear Wax Removal Using the iCLEARscope®
