This year, our Commercial Team has been busy collecting presents ready for a wrapping event next week for the incredible Toys on the Table charity in Leicester. This initiative helps bring smiles to children who might otherwise go without gifts during the holidays.

This week (17–21 November), IBC proudly joins organisations across the UK to raise awareness of safeguarding and the shared responsibility we all have to protect vulnerable individuals.

This year’s theme:
“Prevention: Act Before Abuse” – safeguarding isn’t just about responding to harm, it’s about creating safer cultures and stopping abuse before it happens.

🌍We’re incredibly proud of our Registered Manager, Kerry Walshe! 🌍

Kerry recently joined an 8-day volunteering trip to Kenya with her local football club, where she leads the disability football team. Alongside nine other volunteers, Kerry helped build a new toilet block, painted classrooms, assisted with lessons, and supported children in an orphanage.

The team also distributed essential donations, including sanitary products, clothes, shoes, and school supplies. Kerry described the experience as humbling and inspiring—a powerful reminder of the importance of giving back and the true value of life.

We’re honoured to have such a dedicated and compassionate leader on our team. 🌍💙

SP and RS made their way to Skegness, where the sun was shining and the sea breeze was perfect. They tucked into delicious fish and chips right on the beach, watched the waves roll in, and enjoyed a good laugh together. Nothing beats that classic seaside feeling! 🏖️🐚
