We also understand our service users want a tailor made service which takes into account their religious and cultural needs, dietary requirements, language differences, and other personal needs. Full time position- half office based and half community based

- Must drive and be flexible with working hours
- Must have previous Carer experience
- Have achieved a level 3 NVQ or willing to complete a level 3 NVQ
- Must be willing to participate in on call services every 4 weeks
- Must have good communication skills and be a good team player
