๐Ÿ’™ Making a difference together ๐Ÿ’™
In November 2025, we were proud to work alongside Oraclehncuk, NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland ICB and Sahauk to deliver our โ€œMouth Cancer: Know the Risks, Spot the Signs, Protect Your Healthโ€ campaign ๐Ÿ‘„

Now, weโ€™re evaluating the campaign to make future awareness work even better, and we need YOUR help ๐Ÿซต
โœ… Take our quick 2โ€‘minute survey and help us continue making a real difference.

๐Ÿงฌ HPV (human papillomavirus) is very common and can lead to several types of cancer later in life, including cancers of the cervix, throat, a**s and ge****ls.

Thatโ€™s why the HPV vaccine matters for boys as well as girls:
โœ… Helps protect your child from HPVโ€‘related cancers in adulthood
โœ… Boys can develop HPVโ€‘related cancers too
โœ… Vaccinating boys also helps reduce the spread of HPV to others

๐Ÿ’‰ The HPV vaccine is given before exposure to the virus, which is why itโ€™s offered during the teenage years.

๐Ÿ“… On International HPV Awareness Day, take a moment to check your childโ€™s vaccination status and talk to a healthcare professional if you have any questions.
๐ŸŒ Letโ€™s protect our future generation together.

๐ŸŒ Today is International HPV Day ๐Ÿ’™
Raising awareness about HPV is vital as it can cause six types of cancer affecting both men and women.
โœ… The good news? HPVโ€‘related cancers are preventable with the HPV vaccine.
๐Ÿ’‰ Encourage your friends and family to take up the vaccine when invited.

๐Ÿ’™ March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month ๐Ÿ’™

In the UK, over 7,000 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer every year. Sadly, two thirds are diagnosed too late, when treatment is harder, and 11 women die every day ๐ŸŽ—๏ธ
By raising awareness of the signs and symptoms, we can help change this.
