⚠️ Know the symptoms of ovarian cancer ⚠️
Symptoms can be vague and easily mistaken for other conditions, but common signs include:
➡️ Persistent bloating
➡️ Pelvic or abdominal pain
➡️ Feeling full quickly or loss of appetite
➡️ Needing to p*e more often or urgently

If you experience these symptoms on most days, for 3 weeks or more, it’s important to get checked.

💙 Making a difference together 💙
In November 2025, we were proud to work alongside Oraclehncuk, NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland ICB and Sahauk to deliver our “Mouth Cancer: Know the Risks, Spot the Signs, Protect Your Health” campaign 👄

Thanks to your support, we helped raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of mouth cancer, as well as the hidden risks of sh**ha smoking and chewing to***co 🚭. Our targeted work in Leicester allowed us to reach communities who need this information the most 🤝

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 As parents, we do everything we can to protect our children — including protecting their future health 🛡️
🧬 HPV (human papillomavirus) is very common and can lead to several types of cancer later in life, including cancers of the cervix, throat, a**s and ge****ls.

That’s why the HPV vaccine matters for boys as well as girls:
✅ Helps protect your child from HPV‑related cancers in adulthood
✅ Boys can develop HPV‑related cancers too
✅ Vaccinating boys also helps reduce the spread of HPV to others

💉 The HPV vaccine is given before exposure to the virus, which is why it’s offered during the teenage years.

📅 On International HPV Awareness Day, take a moment to check your child’s vaccination status and talk to a healthcare professional if you have any questions.
🌍 Let’s protect our future generation together.

💙 March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month 💙

In the UK, over 7,000 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer every year. Sadly, two thirds are diagnosed too late, when treatment is harder, and 11 women die every day 🎗️
