From Ashley Noel Walker
This evening was filled with deep self-reflection and honesty from everyone. I even shed a few tears as I looked back on my life and shared these thoughts with them. It’s reassuring to know others have experienced similar things and have the courage to be vulnerable.
Being honest isn’t easy, not just with others but with yourself too. Reflection is important, and the lads certainly reflected well tonight.
I see growth, passion for change, togetherness, and a desire to live a better life. Those guys once again demonstrated these qualities. I take pride in being part of such an outstanding group. Remember, you’re your own superhero, and you’re a superhero to someone else, even if you find it hard to believe in that. Love yourself for who you are. You bring smiles to people’s faces simply because You’re someone, and you should all hold your heads high.
Over and out, Ash.🩵

A night when I was in a good place and didn’t think I needed it, turned out I needed it more.
I love how open and honest the men in the room can get. Vulnerability is a strength!
I wish rooms like MMM had existed a year ago when I attempted to take my own life. I am blessed to sit shoulder to shoulder with such powerful people who really are real-life superheroes🩵
