The Leicester Counselling Centre is delighted to welcome Robin Shohet, a pioneer of Supervision, and co-developer of the widely used Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision.

This workshop is suitable for supervisors, trainee supervisors & qualified therapists who are considering becoming supervisors.

Robin Shohet has been supervising since 1976. His books include Supervision in the Helping Professions, Supervision in the Medical Profession, Passionate Supervision, Supervision as Transformation, In Love with Supervision and his latest Supervision as Spiritual Practice published in 2024.

This one-day workshop with Myira Khan will introduce you to the Working Within Diversity model and approach, to develop an anti-oppressive understanding of culture, identity, and diversity in your therapeutic relationships & clinical practice.

The workshop will introduce the concept of Cultural Attunement and how to identify, work with and understand the importance and impact of identity and culture in your therapeutic relationships and processes, and to develop cultural attunement with your clients.

Suitable for all trainee and qualified counsellors and therapists.
