💫Recovery Isn’t a Straight Line!💫
⚽️One of my personal favourite posts from Adam Meakins is his Road to Recovery blog/post here’s why:
📈Rehabilitation is rarely a smooth, linear process. Progress can fluctuate, and that’s completely normal!
📉One week, you might feel amazing strides forward, and the next, experience discomfort, a flare-up, or even a plateau. This is part of the natural recovery process as your body rebuilds and adapts.
🧍Biological, mechanical, and psychological factors play a huge part. Here are a few factors that you may have not considered:

🧠 Fear, stress, or the anxiety of reinjury can slow progress.

💡 Remember: Recovery is personal. There’s no “one size fits all.” Stay consistent, trust the process, and view setbacks as stepping stones.
