“I didn’t think of anything else for the past hour — what an incredible feeling!” said my student after my Inside Flow class, when she'd been struggling to switch off from personal worries all week 💛

Inside Flow moves through yoga asana on beat to music. We learn a routine slowly, section by section, until everything clicks - and the full flow comes alive to one powerful song 🎶

✨ First flow of 2026 ✨

It felt so good to move today (after taking a mini break over the holidays), to flow & to see my beautiful flow friends 🫶

Today’s flow was created & taught by .yoga set to *“Nothing to Miss”* by Jamie Miller. A song about holding on to something because you think you needed to, but then recognising that it’s time to let go 😶‍🌫️

The perfect flow to begin a new year 💖

Towards the end of each year, I always take time to reflect on the previous 12 months - what has served me well & what hasn’t. Sometimes that reflection brings clarity on what needs to change 💫

Looking back at 2025, I feel so much gratitude. So many wonderful moments with wonderful people. But I also recognise times where I stayed busy instead of balanced, which meant that many times I drifted away from the rhythm I’m always seeking in my life ⚖️

Today’s flow & these new year reflections bring on a gentle goodbye to old habits & a warm welcome to clarity & focus on what truly matters ✨

2026 is a year to build. To build a healthier more grounded me. To finish building a beautiful home & relaxing space for my family. And to continue building my yoga business & career 🙏 while keeping a close watchful eye on balance 🧐🥰
