Monday morning, start of a new day and week and.... I woke up stressed. Overwhelmed. That nagging “I’m not doing enough” guilt crept in before I even got out of bed.
Then I remembered: self-care isn’t a reward, it’s a reset, a basic need. I went for a run—and the stress melted away.
