Great finish to a busy week👌
Friday we were tasked with fitting a new insulated floor to a well known London pub chain. Refit included new floor, trims, membrane, 5 bar aluminium overlay, with the existing floor being a H & S issue .
Nice work team. Monday second room to be refurbished at the same site 👍

Just finished a TLC job for hospital in Essex . H & S gave notice to the client that new wall/ floor cappings needed and drain covers essential late on Friday afternoon to two chillers . We manufactured the top hat drain covers , wall/ floor cappings and corners ready for inspection tomorrow . Customer very pleased with our turn around at such short notice . Emergency repair for a client yesterday. Someone tried to break in there external chiller causing damage and panel to delaminate , we bonded the panel back , straddled the joint with 5 bar and fixed with CT1 and nylon bolts and hex fixings .
Sometimes a small repair is just as rewarding as a big one , client was over the moon with our 6 hour turn around on this one ☝️

NHS trust in Surrey wanted to replace 2 dual temp rooms , working space was extremely tight and up four flights of stairs. We had the lighting , electrics , plumbing and fixed benches to contend with but a nice job so far . New fridge kit , altro flooring and lighting etc to be completed this week but at this point the client is over the moon at the progress .

Well used 23 year old cold room with tired racking needed a spruce up this week for an NHS hospital in south London .Should have been a replacement Coldroom however with a tight budget we managed a new floor , new racking and re-seal extending its life for a few more years . Polar curtains added after the pics lol !

Replacement freezer door , frame and heater complete for London university.
Customer retuning to work after being furloughed to find existing frame damaged and door twisted by the heavy ice build up .
Customer very please that we could turn this around so quick and are now ready for students to return .

The office was fully extended to the front and side using new panels, new internal hinged door, coloured corner protection, and new coving inside and out as per customers spec👌

Harlow Hospital was the last job of the year, involving a revamp of the staff chiller and freezer.

Great Ormond Street Hospital required a new walk in chiller for the pharmacy.
Tight working area, as the pharmacy was still fully functioning and busy as you could expect!
We had to adapt to the working area with a dust proof chamber, great job team, now just waiting for the altro and split system to be fitted👍

Our task was to revamp a tired chiller for a well know pub chain in west London for our client Electro Refrigeration.
A new floor was fitted and new shelving supplied by Craven with Electro following on from us to update the fridge system.
With a very early morning start we completed all works so that the customer was able to open for business that evening with zero interruptions👌
