An hour of serenity to unwind and reconnect with your inner self.

Invite the soothing vibration of the percussions, singing bowls and gong to wash over you.

Each sound is carefully selected to resonate with your body's energy centres, promoting deep relaxation and inner harmony.

Sound baths are known to improve your mood, boost your immune system, and bring a sense of balance and well-being whether you're looking for inner peace, stress relief, or simply a quiet escape, this monthly session offers the perfect space to unwind.

No experience is needed—just come, relax, and let the power of sound do the rest. Yoga mats, bolster cushions and blankets are provided for your comfort. Feel free to bring your own if preferred.

Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) is a quiet and mediative practice - offering guided rest to allow our body and mind to switch off and restore in an effective way for healthy brain function.

It is ideal for those that have difficulty sleeping or those dealing with stress to achieve deep relaxation and inner peace.

Other benefits of Yoga Nidra include:

Relaxation & Stress Relief – true rest, way more than a bottle of wine and Netflix!

Soothing the Nervous System – develop emotional regulation & self-compassion

In this workshop we explore what the “core” truly is and how conscious core engagement can support strength, stability, and ease throughout your yoga practice. Rather than focusing on superficial strength, we’ll look at the deeper muscles that support posture, breath, and efficient movement.
Through mindful movement, simple anatomical insights, and practical applications within common yoga poses, you’ll learn how to access your core in a way that enhances balance, protects the spine, and creates a lighter, more integrated practice.

This workshop is open to anyone who would like to find out more about the Alexander Technique and how it might help them.
