Lots of you have reached out to see if we are still going ahead tomorrow with the weather forecast.

Yes we are still going ahead but have made the decision to finish up at 4pm.

This has resulted in a slightly amended timetable which is here .

Children as young as 5 years old are able to learn simple breathing techniques to regulate their nervous systems and boost their immune system 🌬

Yoga poses are used to help keep bodies healthy building strength, balance and flexibility 🤸🏽‍♂️
