Oooh I’ve bought some lovely essential oils with wonderful properties to add to my collection whilst here in Tunisia so you lot are in for a treat when I’m home!! Including orange blossom, violet and musk. I shall be blending with many of you in mind!

This is my “ just had a deep tissue massage” face. It’s very nice to be on the other end whilst I’m on holiday. Always so good to have massage around the world and to learn how people use the same techniques but put them together differently.

• Massage can help your body relax and lower stress.
• Less stress means better hormone balance, which helps with regular periods and ovulation.

3. Helps the womb stay in the right position
• Sometimes the uterus (womb) can tilt or move slightly.
• Gentle massage can support the womb to stay in a good position to catch the egg and grow a baby.

4. Reduces period pain and bloating
• Regular lower belly massage may ease cramps, gas, and bloating.
• A more relaxed belly means more comfort during your TTC journey.

5. Breaks down scar tissue
• If you’ve had surgery, infections, or endometriosis, you may have scar tissue.
• Gentle massage may help soften those areas and make it easier for the egg and s***m to meet.

Always remember
• Do not massage during your period or after ovulation if you think you might be pregnant.
• Always use gentle pressure and maybe warm oil.
