☀️ Beautiful nature ☀️

I am not one to harp on but I am totally sold on nature to fill my cup.
The beauty in nature is so calming and restorative. I have had a break from work and I have been fortunate to experience the beauty of the Icefield Parkway in Banff and Jasper and the beauty of Golden and Valemount in British Columbia. It’s been awesome to be able to take in so much wonderful scenery. The warmth and kindness of the Canadian people has been heartwarming.
Not everyone can take a break like this but try to quieten the noise of outside influences we can’t affect. Turn off the news, listen to music, the birds, the sea 🌊 the wind, the rain. Our brains are not equipped to deal with world news and things we have no power to change. Keep it simple and your brain/nervous system will thank you for it.
If you can sit with a coffee/tea/drink of choice for 10 minutes a day in your garden/balcony/park and just listen to nature. You will feel so much calmer.
Enjoy the nature you have at your disposal and you will reap the benefits.

No home offers for lovely Minx, she is 13 years old and in desperate need of a forever home. Her owner passed and Minx ran away as the house was being cleared. She sought help and we were alerted to her and found out her story.
Minx is a lap cat, sweet and friendly, she would like a nice home to call her own. Outdoor access would be nice once she has settled in, neutered, chipped and vaxed and in good health. We had some dental work done with her so everything is good and she is ready for someone to love her. Apply via website.
