I am guessing you are here as you feel out of sync with your body. And the constant hormonal ups and downs leave you feeling frustrated and exhausted.
I want you to know you are not alone, and more importantly, you are not broken or deficient or old or washed up... or whatever term the internet will have you believe.
You are going through a wonderful transition of self-discovery.
And whilst that can be hard at times, your symptoms are simply your body's way of telling you something is out of balance. It’s an intelligent bodily response.
Yes, these imbalances can stem from fluctuating hormones. But we seem to have forgotten that we are designed to go through this peri-to-post menopause transition. Especially when we are told it’s a ‘hormone-deficiency’.
I really want you to hear this. You are not deficient in any way.
But you do need to learn to put yourself first.
You need to learn boundaries. You need to learn the power of no. You need to learn that you can’t pour from an empty cup.
You need to look inward, clear the past and visualise the future you want for the next third of your life, and step into that wholeheartedly.
And yes there needs to be some changes to diet and lifestyle, alongside some natural remedies.
But when you can do that… that’s when you will thrive.
