After 14 years working as a Personal Trainer in Essex and London I have officially trained my last client. When I first decided to become a PT I left my home in Lincolnshire and moved to Essex with ambitions to build a PT business and to work in central London and that’s exactly where I finished. Now, it’s on to the next challenge, launching a health club and building the largest coaching community for dads in Essex. PT has been my life for 14 years, it feels strange to know this part of my career has now come to an end. But now, things get very exciting.
