Holistic therapies are a beautiful way of complimenting traditional medical treatments or as a stand-alone treatment. My approach to providing holistic health to my clients is not to just focus on the condition, physical or emotional, but to see you as a whole person and to consider all connections and causes that maybe affecting the mind, body and spirit. There is an unseen life force energy that flows through us all. If your life force energy is low, then you may become unwell, feel tired or less able to cope with stress, but if it is high, we become more capable of being happy and healthy. The holistic treatments I provide involve a balancing process of removing energy blocks and improving the flow of energy, which can help you to achieve a better state of wellbeing, a healthy body, mind and spirit. Angelic oracle card readings are a wonderful way to connect with angels and the divine, who want to help you with your life’s journey. The readings can help give insight into specific areas of your life/career/relationships/transition in life circumstances. The messages that are given are to help guide and support you with your journey, so you can have the best outcome with the challenges you are facing or the changes you would like to make. The light this morning inspired me to take a picture of the beautiful piece of Zeolite. This crystal is a combination of Stilbite and apophyllite.
▫️
These crystals are emanating peaceful and soothing energy. I often find when life becomes a bit discombobulated, I gravitate towards this crystal combination.
▫️
I often use this crystal with my Reiki clients to help bring peace and harmony to their energy field and to help them connect to their highest-self and expand consciousness.
▫️
The combination of Stilbite and Apophyllite helps with clearing your auric field and brings a gentle vibration to your heart space. Exactly what I needed today xx

We all receive signs in different ways. For example, numbers, feathers, music, smells, memories, dreams. This could be for lots of different reasons, like guidance, support or comfort.

Recently I keep seeing repetitive numbers on my watch, phone and clocks at work or home, most recently the numbers are 1111.
▫️
Numbers are a beautiful way to receive messages that help to support us. Number 1 reminds me to pay attention to my thoughts and to focus on my intentions. In the form of 1111, the multiples of the numbers can mean to pay extra attention.
▫️
Different numbers and combinations of numbers can mean different things, but what is important, does the message resonate with you.

Today is the Full Moon “Buck Moon”.
This week marks a very special milestone for me and my little one. Two and a half years later our breastfeeding journey has come to an end. I truly feel our cycles were aligned and it was the perfect time for both of us to say bye, bye boobie.
▫️
This week has been full of reflections on our journey. It was a difficult beginning and breastfeeding was challenging but I knew it was right for us and I am so grateful that I have been able to from the early days of NICU to now. I give gratitude to my body and to everyone that supported and helped us on this journey, it was seriously a team effort. Special mention to Hayley and Libby from I am truly grateful for your support.

To my precious little one, you are so strong and determined. Watching you grow and figure life out life in your own way is a privilege. This new cycle we enter is exciting and a little daunting, but we will learn together.
▫️
For you to welcome change you need to learn to let go and trust. With the energy of the Full “buck” Moon, take the opportunity to reflect on what you can let go of and see what newness arrives xx

Currently there seems to be a big focus on the topic of our nervous system.
▫️
Our nervous system essentially is a massive communication network, which helps us to sense the world around us.
▫️
When we are in a stress response our reaction to our environment can be completely different to when we are more harmonious.
▫️
Amethyst is a crystal a lot of people own, but can be easily forgotten. It is time to reconnect to this beautiful purple light. Amethyst has many benefits for our energy system, but one very important benefit is its ability to calm our nervous system.
▫️
When we become stressed, it is not just a feeling that may cascade but it physically changes our aura. Amethyst is gentle but has a high frequency to help calm and shift our energy matrix.
▫️
Hold your amethyst while doing breath work or meditation.
Run the crystal over the areas of your body that feels tense.
Make an elixir.
Place a piece in your bath.
Carry amethyst in your pockets/bra.
Place some under your pillow or next to your bed.

However you use your amethyst, the message is to get it out and use it.

Ah it has been awhile 👋 I have had messages recently asking if I am still seeing clients. Y E S, I am ☺️. The Universe has been sending me prompts for way too long asking me to pull my finger out.
▫️
The post’s picture is of my beautiful Henrietta, aka Hen. She has also been pestering me to get moving. Hen is very important in my healing work and I thought it only fair to let her take centre stage.

Every single client is unique and so is the healing I offer. I work intuitively and sometimes a variety of healing techniques is needed. The healing starts before you enter my room.
▫️
I am passionate about crystals and how they can offer so much support to our energy systems. And yes I still sell these beauties.

Like you I am on my own healing journey that at times has been all consuming, but as I come through the other side I love being able to support all of you on an even deeper level.

While I was working in my treatment room, Flower Agate caught my attention. This crystal with its imbedded shapes of flower petals and seeds is magical when it comes to new beginnings, growth and manifestation.

It holds us gently, as we become aware of what we are capable of. It also helps us to overcome challenges and aiding flow to what we are wishing to create, reaching our beautiful potential.

Like a tiny seed to full blossom. Don’t hold back and allow yourself to grow and shine xx

Monday’s post explained the Hunter’s full moon occurs after the Harvest moon, which is the closest full moon to the Autumn Equinox and considering a super moon, as it will appear larger and brighter than other full moon’s.
▫️
The card I pulled today was very visual for me, take some time today to contemplate what you are willing to release and what you wish to focus on in the coming months and giving thanks to the blessings in your life.
▫️
A wonderful full moon ritual is to write your thoughts on some paper or dried bay leaves and if possible burn the messages safety and take some deep breaths so you can let go xx

The Hunter’s full moon will peak on Thursday 17th and named so because the hunting to gather meat to bolster the food supply was very important.
▫️
In preparation for the full moon you may want to give thought to what you may want to change, what works and what doesn’t work for you anymore. What do you want to focus on in the coming months and giving thanks to the blessings in your life.

A Greek Legend that is truly magical. A maiden was on her way to worship at the Temple of Diana. However, she unfortunately crossed paths with the god of wine, Bacchus. Angered by misfortune he wished to take revenge on the next person he met. He unleashed two guardian tigers upon the maiden. The goddess Diana spared her and turned her into a pure, clear stone. Bacchus regretting his actions poured his wine over the stone, staining the crystal a deep, violet hue. So, the maiden Amethyst lent her name to the crystal.
