1 YEAR OF VPT 💙⚔️
They said the first year is the hardest… and they weren’t wrong.
From zero clients to a growing business, it’s been a journey filled with long hours, hard lessons and unforgettable moments. I’ve achieved more than I thought possible this past year, and met some incredible people along the way.
First, a huge thank you to .1975, the owner of . Chris, you’ve given me the space to build VPT and you’ve always had my back through the toughest of times. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for your support. I love you mate 👊
To our osteopath and one of my closest friends, . Thank you for sticking by me when things were tough. You’ve gone above and beyond for VPT, and I’ll never forget that.
To the football teams we work with, you guys make the weekends something to look forward to. Special mention to the lads at you’ve played a massive part in keeping me on the right path, and I’ve made some friends for life.
To my close friends and family, you’ve been my rock through it all. You pushed me when I was down and helped shape this dream into a reality.
But the biggest thanks of all goes to our clients. Every single person who’s trusted us with their recovery, shared our posts, booked in, and believed in what we do, this wouldn’t exist without you. We are immensely grateful for each and every one of you 💙
Despite the happy times, It hasn’t all been sunshine. For those of you who know me personally, the last 12 months have been the hardest of my life. I’ve lost people I loved deeply. I’ve made mistakes, and I’ve felt pain in ways I wouldn’t wish on anyone. But pain can be powerful fuel.. if you let it.
What have I learnt? People will talk. Some will try to hurt you. Let them. Keep your head up, stay true to your mission, and use every setback as fuel to rise again 🔥
Thank you for being part of year one. Here’s to many more.
The Viking over and out ⚔️
