Thinking of hiring our studio? Here are some of your most asked questions – answered! 👇
📍 Where is the studio?
We’re based on Filliebrook Avenue, Leigh-on-Sea – a great location with easy access.
🔐 Is the studio secure?
Absolutely! The front door is fitted with a secure access pad, only accessible by staff or class instructors.
🚗 Is there parking?
There’s on-street parking all around the studio. Please note, there’s no private car park.
🗓 Do I need to run a weekly class to hire the studio?
Not at all! One-off bookings are totally welcome. However, our weekly hire rates are even better and very competitive for the area and size.
⏰ What’s availability like?
We’ve had high demand recently, but there’s still availability for both weekday and weekend bookings. Don’t wait too long to secure your ideal time!
💃 Is it just for dance classes?
Nope! We welcome all creative classes, workshops, and support groups. If it fits the vibe, we’re here for it.
📆 What are the available hours for booking?
We’re very flexible and happy to accommodate bookings at any time, depending on availability.
🚪 Is the space private during bookings?
Yes. The studio space is generally private. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, a physio clinic runs from a treatment room on-site, so there may be clients in the waiting area, but the studio itself remains private.
