I have been in the beauty industry a long time now, and this story is exactly why I bang on all the time that only medical staff should be allowed to perform these treatments - doctors, nurses, dentists.....

This lady "won" a botox treatment in a competition by her "usual beautician".

It's so important to check the credentials and qualifications of anyone you're thinking of going to for aesthetics.

I am so pleased to see the beauty industry starting to be regulated and rules for aesthetics being introduced.

If you're thinking of have procedures, please choose wisely.

We are very sorry to announce that Lucy is leaving us on 23rd July after 18 years. She joined us as a Saturday Receptionist when she started at beauty college. After qualifying, Lucy joined our team of Therapists, and the rest, as they say, is history.

During her time with us, Lucy has married and become Mum to two gorgeous children. She has now made the decision to leave in order to spend more time with her children. We obviously support her 100% in her decision, but are very sad to see her go nevertheless.

On a personal note, I am extremely grateful to Lucy for her loyalty over the past 18 years. We have weathered a fair few storms, challenges and changes together and it's going to be very odd without her. That said, I'm fully in support of her "early retirement", as we are referring to it.
