To be able to have the body and the health you always wanted you have to educate yourselves and by doing that also learn there is no short cuts! All these shakes and pills don't work, they actually do the exact opposite! I got into this Game because I saw first hand what harm you do to your own bodies by not taking the time to look after yourselves properly! I'm not here just to get you a six pack I'm here to make you healthier and happier and hopefully live a longer happier fulfilled life! Before you tell yourselves "it's to expensive" (personal training and eating healthy) but how much do you waste on nonsense and rubbish?
