These are just some of the things i hear from the people I work with. If any of these resonate with you, please know that this doesn't mean you are lacking in someway, there is no defect here. Alcohol just fast tracks you to the version of yourself that already exists, without all the layers of 'stuff' that have built up over time.

The roles, the responsibilities, and the expectations.

The effect that alcohol has, it's physiology, pure and simple.

Alcohol is a psycho-active chemical which, effects how your central nervous system works, just like any other drug.

Work with me to access that version of you without booze.

This is an adventure into self-discovery, and it gets to be exciting!

This work doesn’t assume there is something wrong, that you are addicted, or in need of fixing.

It starts from the premise that you are already whole — and that alcohol has been acting as a temporary access point to parts of you that haven’t felt safe, steady, or supported to live in full view.

This is about removing the interference, not repairing the self.

DM me 'SWEETSPOT' to know more.

I'm so looking forward to working with you 🥰🎊💜

💫
YOU

The one who is tired of making promises.
The one who has tried cutting back or quitting...

AND

Who still longs for how she feels after a couple of drinks - yeh it's okay to admit it!

That version of you?
She isn’t created by alcohol.
She already exists.
She is you.

You have learnt that booze became the fast track — the shortcut to confidence, ease, openness, a sense of relief.

And now it's time to learn how to access her naturally.

Allow yourself, and see how you grow.

I have x3, one to one spaces, 6 weeks of support, to find your Sweet Spot without the booze.

Link in bio to find out more or simply DM me.

Let’s talk about her for a moment.

That version of you you love when you’re in the sweet spot:

✨ More confident
✨ More relaxed
✨ More playful
✨ More expressive
✨ More honest
✨ More open
✨ More you

Here’s the truth that changes everything:

Alcohol never created those qualities.

It just made it easier for you to access them quickly.

Once you become aware of what you love about that version of you, you get to choose her consciously —
and authentically, whether you’re drinking or not.

And every time you do, something powerful happens:

• Your confidence grows from the inside
• Your self-trust strengthens
• You stop outsourcing courage to a drink
• You begin to feel more at home in yourself

I'm not going to lie, for at the beginning, it felt a bit clunky.
A bit vulnerable.
Very unfamiliar.

But with time… it became natural.
And one day, I realised:

Being me like this sober felt safer, more satisfying, and more exciting than any chemically induced version of myself ever did!

Ways to Practise Coming Home to Her:

• Wear the clothes you save for “brave days”
• Speak before you overthink
• Laugh loudly without shrinking
• Let yourself take up space
• Move your body in ways that feel expressive
• Say what you actually want
• Let people see you without a buffer

You’re not becoming someone new.
You’re remembering who you were before you learned to hold yourself back.

Share with me....
What do you love about “sweet-spot you” — and how are you claiming one of those qualities today, sober?

It all about

Let me know in the comments; what relief are you seeking when you feel as though you need a drink to enjoy yourself?

07/12/2025

What feelings do you enjoy, that the first couple of drinks allow you to feel?

What do you like about yourself more when you are a couple of drinks in?

What do you feel emotionally after 1-2 drinks?

Let me know 💜

Social events don’t have to turn into binge city.

You get to stay connected, grounded, and fully you — even in the noisy, boozy chaos of December.

DM me DECEMBER for support that actually honours who you’re becoming.

The fear around what people will say can be real.

Maybe it's more about what they will ask that becomes the real fear.

Because it opens the flood gates for all of the "why's";

why won't you, why can't you, why don't you just....

Truth is, some people can find it difficult when you are saying no to booze because it can make them question their own relationship with alcohol.

Being prepared is the key!

Getting clear on what you want to say, it feeling genuinely aligned with who you are, and being able to say it with confidence.

It all takes a little practice.

If the struggle is real and you want to start moving forward, DM me with DECEMBER to see how I can support.
