more than ever.

Have you noticed that water, when still, allows you to see yourself – your reflection? A diamond will sparkle & shine but it will not show you yourself. Only water will do this, so as you look into the depths of the ocean know that what you see there is a reflection of your deepest feelings – what lies in the heart of humanity, for the water is a collection – a reflection of the collective, just as humanity is a collective of each person on this planet.

As you know the oceans are polluted, your world is polluted.
What lies without is created from within. What you see in your world & in your waters, is truly showing you what lies in the heart of humanity, it is no longer pristine, it has been corrupted.
The waters can be purified with human intention, did you know this? Did you know how easily you can change the Earth & end the corruption.

The ocean is one part of a living system that is Earth. Humanity, as a whole is another part. The world is here as an Earth school, therefore what you contribute is what you see as your life's creation. You cannot change another but you can change yourself. Change how you are in the world, change how you are in the world, change how you care about the world.

The world needs more heart. What is it that determines the end of a human life? It is when the heart stops beating (aside from medical intervention)
The oceans are like the heart of the Earth. When they become clogged they no longer support life. They reflect your empty hearts.

The Rowan Tree, long known as a source of protection against magic or enchantment also known as a tree of the Goddess, Fae or Faeries, within each a pentagram.
Trees in actual fact bring us magic by their connection to the Earth, to Love, to the Life Force of the Planet.
We are moving back to The awareness of all life being connected. Just as the roots of a tree reach out & connect with the tree beside it, our energy, our auric field reaches out & touches others. We connect constantly with those around us, even the people living next door that we have not met in person, are connected. When we understand this, we will change the way we live. We will live in connection to Nature & the creatures of the earth, to Mother Earth herself. We have a deep connection which once remembered will bring us back into balance 🌍

When you offer your Songs of Light, the tones you sing, you are opening the cells of those who are receiving the sound, to allow the energies of 'now' to move into the cells. For many, who do not understand this evolution and the way that you do your work, and without the intention of the mind and the upper soul of the person to open up and prepare for these times, their cells remain closed to the new energies. And so, through the power of your voice, and through the intention of the person by their presence in being with you, you are awakening their cells to the new opportunities that are coming forward in these times. In that awakening, their cells will never be the same again. Each time they are present with you, and are awakened with your sound, their cells open more and more to receive that which is being offered to humanity in these times.

This field of energy that the Earth is currently in, is opened in the same way as the cells of the body, so that, with your sound, you are preparing the world around you to step more fully into embracing these times of ever evolving enlightenment that humanity is now walking into. It is a gift beyond measure - one that you have brought forward from times previous. One that you have brought forward from Lemuria and Atlantis.

To those who are receiving these sounds, pay attention to how you feel. Pay attention to the nuances that the body feels. Pay attention to the excitement in the cells. For indeed they are excited. They have been waiting for this time of transformation.

When you say "thank you" to anything, you assume it’s a gift, and when you assume it’s a gift only gifts can be revealed.
Thank you is the end of lashing out, the disappearance of turning away, and the death of shutting down. It is the emergence of your highest vibration in form that transforms reality from the inside out –one blessing of gratitude at a time. Nothing inherently causes suffering, unless it is something you refuse to thank.
Being thankful is a break from deciding what you like or dislike.
Whether something seems pleasing or punishing, "thank you" acknowledges any circumstance as an environment where your most profound expansion occurs, simply by living out the moments that come.
This doesn’t make it okay to be hurt, rejected, judged, betrayed,
or any other form of abuse, but while moving yourself into safer and more stable situations, an awakening soul remembers to say thank you for each of the encounters that are created to inspire its most immaculate evolution.
While this may seem counter-intuitive to the mind, it is an eternal Truth that resides in the depths of your soul.
Whether the heart still hides or the mind wishes to disagree and debate, each are equally unique aspects of your Eternal Being that are here to be embraced, honoured, adored, and appreciated – just as they are. If you thank your mind, it will relax .If you thank your heart, it will open. If you thank your past, it will integrate. If you thank your symptoms, they will heal. If you thank your shadow, it will vanish. If you thank your Life, it will transform. If you thank yourself, the Light will dawn.

As we absorb the higher vibrations that are flooding our world we can accelerate the transformation by connecting into Nature.
Really connecting, by taking the time to absorb her beauty, her peace, listening to the rustle of the leaves, the songs of birds, breathing in her cool fresh air.
Touch the trees, communicate your joy & gratitude. When you connect to Mother Earth also remember Father Sky by connecting into both you become a conduit for the life force of the planet, helping to bring the Unity so needed.
Be Kind, Be Inclusive, We are aspects of the greater whole.

Here she is the Full Moon in all her glory. It’s been a tricky week for many I’m sure, myself included, many focussing on themselves & forgetting we are all in this together. 🌈
Today I had a great conversation with an 84 yr old young lady. She thanked me for taking the time to talk to her & she was sorry she hadn’t brought any sweets 🍬 how delightful, she then set off for a 40 minute walk home. Feeling thankful too for my wonderful friend Kazy Vincent-Janes ♥️
