I am a personal trainer based at Club One Hundred in Leigh on Sea, Essex. I want to make people healthier and happier through exercise and good food!

I am a personal trainer working in Leigh on Sea’s premier personal training studio, Club One Hundred. I can help you achieve all your fitness and weight loss goals. Having been on the other side (see my before and after pics in the top right of my cover photo!!) I understand the day to day struggles and challenges involved in making the changes you need to make to lead a healthier lifestyle, and to stick to it! Had the best day at .fit yesterday we day taking part in Nuclear storm and my friends!

It was wet, it was hard, but it was so much fun!!! Managed to beat my previous time/round number by quite a bit aswell which I am so happy about!

Can’t wait to head back there in September to see what I can achieve then 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Turf Games Summer festival!!!

What a day!

The sun was shining, the vibe was great and the workouts were tough!

Had a great day with my amazing team mates and who are all absolute legends! Was a pleasure to be on a team with you all!

Big thanks to .owennnn who was our standby team mate in case any of us got injured, and then came up to cheer us on!

Thank you .bowyer and and Amy’s Sam for being the best cheer squad we could have asked for!

A massive thank you to for again being on the cheer squad and once again taking so many amazing photos for us!

Keep it simple!

Most common problem I find when people are trying to lose weight, get fitter, improve their health etc….they make it far too complicated!

Tonight dinner was chilli and coriander prawns ( bought them like that!) with Stirfried tenderstem broccoli and peppers cooked in coconut oil.

Protein✅
Veggie serving ✅
Fats ✅
Fibre ✅
Easy and quick to cook ✅
Tastes lush ✅

Who’s got New Year’s resolutions for their health then?

I love a New Year’s resolution, and it always makes me happy when somebody wants to make changes to their life so they become healthier and fitter!

My tip for you is to not try and change it all at once! If you can’t i@shine yourself doing g this exercise regime or diet for the at least the next year, maybe scale it back a bit?

I always suggest setting one or two non negotiables. Things that you can do every single day to help you create newer healthier habits.

Then build from there 🙌🏻

Hello everyone and happy new year!

It’s been a while since I have posted really so I thought would quickly reintroduce myself.

I am Sarah, and I am a personal trainer and sports massage therapist based in Leigh on Sea in Essex.

I work with people, mainly women, that want to lose weight, get healthier fitter and stronger. I love nothing more than helping people achieve their goals and helping them feel great!

Last year I had my first baby, a little girl called Lexi who is 5 months old now, she is a little IVF miracle baby and is an absolute joy. She is also my inspiration to be a fit and healthy mummy so I will be able to chase her round and play with her and to set a good positive example for her around health and fitness in the years to come.

I work mainly face to face but will be taking on some online clients in February 2024, so if you want to work with me but don’t live locally this will be your chance to!

My fitness goal for this year is a double body weight deadlift and also to compete in Hyrox in November.

and I are absolutely over the moon to announce the safe arrival of Lexi Hambleton-Weston!

She came into the world on 28th July by C section at 10.01am weighing in at a diddy 6lbs 9oz.

She is our little miracle IVF baby and after 3 and a half years of trying for her we cannot quite believe that she is finally here!

Feeling very happy, overwhelmed, overjoyed and totally in love with her and taking time now to soak up that precious baby bubble with each other and her big sister Darcie!!

Welcome to the world little one! 💗

A huge thank you to for funding a defibrillator for the gym

Check them out, they are an amazing charity that are working to put defibrillators all around our local area, and they already know that one of the machines they provided has saved somebodies life!

Hopefully we will never need to use it, but it is great to know it is there in case of an emergency.

Some of you will know that this is an cause very close to my heart, as my best friends daughter had a cardiac arrest at just 15 months old, and has since been diagnosed with a incurable heart condition where she has a ICD installed into her chest.

It’s really important that as many people as possible know how to perform CPR and how to use defibrillators, and that they are accessible to be used.

has a online 15 minute training on CPR that is accessible to everybody, I would highly recommend checking it out, you may never know when you need to use that skill!

What do you workout for?

Performance?
Aesthetics?

Or maybe it’s all or them? Maybe your focus shifts from time to time.

Sometimes you’ll train because your going on holiday and want to feel comfortable in your swimwear, and other times you may train because you have a fun event coming up and you want to do well.

I have trained for all reasons, and my training cycles in and out of these different stages depending on what’s going on in my life.

Whatever the reason you want to train is fine. It’s your training, your goals and your body, don’t worry about what other people think and say.

My goal is currently health based for obvious reasons, but I have performance and appearance goals I want to hit by the end of the year.
