Yoga in Leigh on Mendip Hatha Yoga class on term time Monday mornings from 10.30-11.45am at Leigh on Mendip Memorial Hall. All welcome.

I have been practicing Yoga for 35 years and teaching for the last 15. I have trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal Mum/Baby Yoga. I offer different options to suit those new to Yoga or more experienced with Yoga.
