The theme highlights the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations, and communities.

Are you struggling with anxiety and/or depression?

Would you like to take part in a support group with other people struggling with similar difficulties?

Support groups can be really helpful for ourselves and the other members of the group, as it enables us to not feel alone and isolated with how we are feeling. It helps us find a sense of achievement by using our experiences to help support other people on their journey, and listening to how other people have managed their difficulties can empower us to feel like we can overcome ours.
