A quick post on daily Affirmations... What are they and how can they help you in life ?!

Affirmations are simple, specific and positive statements declaring a completed goal.... They sound very basic when described this way, however they are a way of visualizing an empowered future for yourself and can have an amazingly profound effect on the mind...

I have a specific goal and affirmation on my phone calendar so it comes up every day... It has been there over a year and is slowly but surely becoming a realisation ❤️

Somebody needs to hear this:

Just because you weren’t enough for them, doesn’t mean you won’t be enough for everyone.

Just because they didn’t see you, doesn’t mean you will be invisible to everyone.

And just because they didn’t choose you, doesn’t mean no one will.

Pick your head up and get back out there.

Know who you are and rest in that. Your worth is not and never was found in their approval.

Protect that heart and keep loving and living well!

This was my thought for today..... 💭

Anxiety only exists in the past and future.... When we experiance anxiety its mostly due to thinking about the past or worrying about what the future holds.... Once you start acknowledgeing your thoughts and taking a moment to analyse them before acting on them then this is when things can really start to change ❤️
