✨ Over the past month, our residents have been enjoying some truly special moments during our ‘Reminiscence’ activities across each unit 💬💖

We’ve loved hearing all the wonderful stories our amazing residents have shared, and this time we added a creative twist 🎨 printing old photos from reminiscence books and combining them with photos of our residents, both past and present, to create a beautiful scrapbook of memories! 📸🕰️

Activities like this are especially meaningful for our residents living with dementia, as they help spark familiar memories, encourage conversation, and bring a sense of joy and connection 💭❤️

Our lovely residents spent the afternoon painting beautiful autumnal trees and the results were stunning! 🌳✨

Painting isn’t just a creative outlet, it’s also a wonderful way to boost mood, improve hand-eye coordination, and encourage self-expression. 💛

Plus, it’s a great opportunity to relax and enjoy some social time together! 😊
