One for the books.

This week I was honoured to be invited to speak at IMCAS, Europe’s largest aesthetics conference, to a room of like-minded practitioners.

Sharing my clinical approach to regenerative aesthetics and my experience as a Key Opinion Leader for Caromed, discussing how products like the Caromed range fit into long-term, skin health–first treatment strategies.

Always a privilege to contribute to conversations that are shaping the future of our industry — where biology, regeneration, and longevity matter more than trends.

Thank you to everyone who attended our talk, joined us at the stand, and to Caromed for the opportunity.

Good injectors say no.

Not because they can’t treat —
but because they understand anatomy, risk, and long-term outcomes.

Safety, restraint, and judgement matter more than doing more.

I’m often asked which at-home LED mask I’d recommend.

Honestly — I wouldn’t.

At-home devices are fine, but they don’t compare to in-clinic systems.

Clinic-grade LED uses high-density diodes, higher energy delivery, and — crucially — is used in combination with treatments like peels and photo-active serums.

That combination is what drives meaningful biological change, not just light exposure.

If you already use an at-home mask, think of it as maintenance.

For real results, in-clinic LED under expert supervision makes the difference.

Getting aesthetics doesn’t mean you’re vain.
It means you care.

About how you look, how you feel, and how you show up in the world.

Most of our clients aren’t chasing perfection — they just want to look less tired, feel more confident, and invest in themselves.

That’s not vanity. That’s self-respect.

📍Doctor-led, confidence-focused, natural results.

The difference between ‘doing aesthetics’… and being a responsible practitioner.

Last night at 10pm, I was drafting a letter to a GP for a client who’d had an unusual reaction to filler.

Turns out she may have an underlying autoimmune condition that now needs specialist input.

The difference? I didn’t just inject and send her on her way.

I followed up. Assessed. Took responsibility. Referred her for the right care.

That’s what responsible aesthetics looks like.

It’s not just about results — it’s about duty of care.

Speaking at MESTDER | Antalya, Turkey 🇹🇷

In November, I had the incredible honour of being invited to speak at the MESTDER Medical Aesthetics Conference 2025 — sharing insights on Longevha®, a first-of-its-kind injectable that activates the gene of longevity.

It’s now been recognised as a finalist in the Aesthetics Awards 2026 – Best New Innovative Product (UK) 🎉

A huge congratulations to everyone involved — this recognition is so well deserved.

If you’re curious about Longevha, or you’re a practitioner looking to train in this revolutionary skin booster, get in touch below or send me a DM.

The future of regenerative aesthetics is here. ✨

Every new year, people set themselves up to fail by going extreme — cutting everything out, doing everything at once, and expecting perfection overnight.
The problem?

It’s not sustainable.
Real health, longevity and wellbeing come from small, achievable changes that actually fit your life.

A few examples:
• Walk more — but start realistically
• Train consistently — not obsessively
• Drink less — without banning enjoyment
• Build routines you can maintain, not tolerate

Once those habits are embedded, you can always do more.

But if you don’t get the foundations right, nothing lasts.
2026 doesn’t need a “new you”.
It just needs a better, more consistent version of what you’re already doing.

That’s how real change happens.

How to stay healthy over Christmas… without ruining Christmas.

There are always people telling you:
❌ Don’t eat this
❌ Don’t drink that
❌ Don’t touch alcohol
❌ Go to bed at 9pm
❌ Stick to your routine no matter what

And the truth is… that feels impossible.
So what happens?
You think, “f* it”, and swing to the other extreme — eating and drinking everything in sight.

But there is a better way.
As always… it’s about balance.
You can enjoy yourself and look after your health at the same time.
Here are some simple longevity-focused strategies to navigate the festive period without deprivation OR regret:

🌤️ If you’ve got a big meal planned
Go for a walk or run in the morning.
Burn some calories ahead of time and get your body moving.
Have a lighter breakfast — or skip it if that works for you.

🥂 If you’re drinking alcohol
– Choose spirits with light mixers.
– Alternate each drink with water or a soft drink.
– Eat protein, healthy fats, and slow-release carbs beforehand to slow alcohol absorption and reduce blood sugar crashes.
– Avoid drinking on an empty stomach — your liver will thank you.

🍽️ When it comes to food
Prioritise protein first to help control appetite.
Then enjoy smaller portions of the extras you love — guilt free.

💤 Sleep matters
Protect it whenever you can. Even one or two good nights will make a huge difference to how you feel.

🧘 Take time for yourself
Christmas often becomes about everyone else.
Give yourself permission to rest, breathe, and enjoy the moments — not just survive them.

You don’t need perfection.

Just a little planning, a little awareness, and a lot of kindness to yourself.

Enjoy Christmas — fully — without feeling like you’ve undone all of your healthy habits.
