We would like to say a big thank you to all our customers for the support we have received during these difficult months. Hockham Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic is now able to begin offering telephone or Zoom consultations at a rate of £15 for 20 minutes. We hope there will be some potential for face to face appointments, depending on individual circumstances, in the coming weeks. We have received many requests for face to face appointments in recent weeks and have unfortunately been unable to offer these. We would like to remind all customers that, in addition to the current government guidelines, we must comply fully with HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council) and CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) regulations and conditions of practice, and will only be able to offer face to face appointments when all of these can be fully met. Patient safety is paramount and will not be compromised in any way, therefore we are currently unable to resume a full service. We will notify you of further changes as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your ongoing support and patience. We hope to see you soon!
