In today’s unprecedented times, there’s no suprise that people suffering through anxiety, stress, and the feeling of being nervous in situations, has really risen. Due to my love of spiritual and holistic approaches, I decided to look into something that could help this and hopefully reassure or regain some sense of “feeling in control”.
Returning to work, travelling, social distancing, shopping, home-schooling, children returning to school, weight gain, depression....the list goes on.
So I searched for something that could cover all bases and can be adaptable to each individuals specific needs.
This is what I found...
