Here at C&C Training, we are always looking at ways to make your life easier - and we believe we have done it again with our client Global View!

We have upgraded our client login system - so now, in addition to showing your bookings individually by organisation reps, the Global View provides total visibility for your organisation in one place.

This means that you can view everything anyone has booked for your company with C&C: which courses have been booked; who's booked them; who they've been booked for; where - and when! This is in addition to being able to obtain all your certificates from one place (in case they have got lost for any reason).

Last year we posted that on 26th April 2026 our very own James Bailey is taking on the huge challenge of running the London Marathon! 🏃‍♂️

In order to raise funds for a charity that has unfortunately touched his friends and family in recent times, James will be braving the 26.2 mile course. His chosen cause is breast cancer, and he's proud to be part of the Breast Cancer Now London Marathon 2026 Team

As his employer, of course we want to support him - so we are one of his sponsors, alongside BURGER BOULEVARD, and will also be donating to this very worthy cause.

🌟 Employee of the Month – February 2026 🌟

A huge congratulations to Kirsty Çobanoğlu, our Employee of the Month for February! 👏

In December, Kirsty was brought on board to manage contracts as well as support our increasing client base with enquiries. Since then, she has quickly become a valued member of the sales team - single-handedly managing our contracts and bringing in new business - and has become a great team member despite working remotely!

This award is truly deserved, especially after our MD received a personal call from a large client - specifically to tell her how brilliant Kirsty has been; that she is their favourite person to contact; and that her professionalism and speed of response is second to none!

Celebrating 5 Years of Employment!

This March we celebrate our very own Rob Sadler turning 5 with C&C Training! Rob has done an incredible job for us over the last five years, working with our clients to ensure their teams' training needs are met and the correct courses booked at the right time.

Does Your Team Meet SKEB Competence Requirements?

Under the Building Safety Act, SKEB defines the mandatory competence required for individuals working on buildings to ensure safety and compliance. It requires professionals to demonstrate they can safely perform their roles, moving beyond mere qualifications to a holistic, documented assessment of capabilities.

Many organisations assume their teams are competent, but haven’t tested that assumption.

Ask:
⁉️ Can we clearly define SKEB for each role?
⁉️ Is competence evidenced, current and proportionate?
⁉️ Do behaviours match the responsibility held?

Where gaps exist, risk follows.
