This is the lovely ✨ Health and Wellbeing Hamper ✨ I have put together and donated for an upcoming charity raffle in aid of Florence Nightingale Hospice.

The fundraising event being held at Billington Parish hall on the morning of Saturday 1st November, other lovely prizes available and a good cause to boot, so why not pop along and help raise some money for a fantastic charity. NEW CLASS starting from Tuesday 4th November 2025 – 9.45am-10.45am

Billington Village Hall, Gaddesden Turn, Leighton Buzzard,
LU7 9BW

Classes are extremely relaxed with people of all ages working at their own comfortable pace. Numbers are kept small with a maximum of 12 participants to ensure adequate supervision for Rehab Pilates.

Classes can be attended via zoom if client cannot attend in person for any reason on the day.
