Start of a new block of Rehab Pilates this week!

Last week saw me keeping up my CPD and completing another course, Pilates for Rotationsl Sports, with the APPI.

The APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) is a leading, clinically-based Pilates method developed by physiotherapists Glenn and Elisa Withers for rehabilitation and fitness
