I’m back! (Ish)

After a bit of a break I’ve been back the last few days working on the studio 🙂

I’d say I’m… 95% there 🙏🏼 it’s all those last ‘finishing off bits’ now

It’s taken longer than planned but I’m hoping to be up and running soon 🤍

🤍 What a privilege 🤍

Working with women during their pregnancies is one part of this work that I just love 🙏🏼

Seeing bumps grow, along with the excitement and often anticipation too, reflexology sessions really help calm and ground mums to be

Babies very often start to move around a lot as we start, and then settle, as their mums do, in to the relaxation 🤍

I support women before, during and after their pregnancies

🌼 Before: sometimes it’s specific support with fertility, and other times it’s simply about feeling happy and at home in your body - creating a space where your nervous system feels calm, regulated, and supported through Reflexology

🌿 During: a time of huge change, where your body is doing something amazing! Reflexology offers a moment to slow down, ease discomfort, and support both your physical and emotional wellbeing as you grow and nurture new life

🤍 After: often the part that’s forgotten, but so deeply needed! This is about rest, recovery and supporting your body as it heals and rebalances



(That’s one lucky baby in there - she’s going to be the best mum 🤍)

We finally have a hook! but…

Why do we do this?

After TWO YEARS… I have finally put up a coat hook in my treatment room 🙌🏼

So many of you know this has become a bit of a running joke 😆

It took me about 10 seconds

TEN. SECONDS (just writing this has taken longer!)

Which made me laugh but also got me thinking about those tiny jobs we put off
Even when we’re not doing them, they’re still sitting there somewhere in our brain… like a little tab open in the background using up energy

All that brain space… for a 10 second job 🤦🏼‍♀️

So if there’s a small annoying thing you’ve been putting off for months (or… two years like me 🙃)… maybe today’s the day?

Close the tab. Free the brain space. GET IT DONE ❤️

This… and sooo much more! ❤️

I do love my signature reflexology session which keeps things simple - simple but powerful!

But I do also love to incorporate in all of the different beautiful modalities I’ve learned along the way; they all work so well together 🙏🏼

Creating these sessions for you is a real joy for me 🤍

Coming up with new and unique ways to blend my offerings takes time and a lot of thought. Each element is carefully brought together with love, care and integrity
It allows me to tap in to my creativity which is SO important - it keeps things flowing, fresh and allows me to support you in so many more ways 😍

Cacao has been a big part of my life for the past few years 🙏🏼

After working with this beautiful medicine for a while myself I decided 18 months ago to start the journey to go deep in to the world of cacao 🤎

I learned so much, about cacao and myself, and went on deep journeys and ceremonies, but, unfortunately, life decided it wasn’t my time After about 5 months, and not too far away from completing the course, I had to step away 😔

I didn’t stop my own connection with cacao, but, I haven’t focused on it as much as I would have like to

Working more deeply with it again recently, in this way, with this group, with this teacher, feels like the right time ❤️

I understand it better, I understand myself better and I know how needed it is in my life! (And others!)

So, through my own experience, journey and love for this heart opening medicine, I’m learning all I can, to be able to bring it to you- safely and in the most heart centred, soul led way possible 🙏🏼
