Then come and join Gaia Gong for a unique and blissful meditation riding on the beautiful sound vibrations of the Symphonic and Earth Gongs, Tibetan Bowls, Tingshas, Native American Flute, Koshi and the Shruti together with other sound tools. The sound vibrations of the Gongs take you into a timeless zone where you loose all sense of conventional time and space bringing you into a state of balance, inner peace and deep relaxation. The Gong is one of man’s oldest therapeutic instruments and can be used in sound meditation and vibrational therapy, either on a one to one basis or in a group setting. All a listener needs to do is to relax and let the sound bathe the mind body and soul. PLEASE NOTE:-
This therapy is NOT suitable for people with epilepsy, the first trimester of pregnancy, meniere’s disease/tinnitus, or metal implants

COST:-
Private One to One Sessions: £40.00 for 1 hr treatment. Public Group Gong Baths: £17.00 (announcements to be made shortly)
