There comes a point where the noise of the world just becomes too loud.
Politics, power struggles, control, division- it’s exhausting.
At some point, you realise peace isn’t something “out there.”
It’s something you have to rebuild inside yourself.
To live and love in peace, we have to make peace with our past, our childhood wounds, failed relationships, the parts of us that chased control or lived in fear of lack.
Only then can the world around us begin to change.
This month, I’m sharing something close to my heart; a piece of writing that brings science and soul together.
It explores how our nervous system, breath, and heart-brain-gut connection shape how safe, calm, and happy we feel, and what it really takes to feel human again in a chaotic world.
